Staff

 
Our awareness, regular training and knowledge of the appropriate developmental stages for children allows us to plan programmes for individual children as well as groups.  Our planning follows guidelines set down by our governing body, OFSTED.
 
Staff are trained in Childcare and Education as a minimum and are actively encouraged to seek further professional development through yearly appraisals and attending regular external training through the Local Authority and Independent School network meetings.
 
All staff, volunteers, and any other adults working in the nursery are CRB checked.  This means all personal details are checked by the Criminal Reference Bureau and this is checked before anyone commences work in the nursery.
